Wisdom Project Spring 2014 Session Graduates

The Wisdom Project recently held a ceremony for its Spring 2014 class with 20 participants graduating. The class participated in a series of interactive discussions with community leaders, explored local industries and organizations through on-site visits, learned about area challenges and opportunities and discovered new ways to engage in the community. They will now put their new knowledge to work by completing individual and group service projects.

The Wisdom Project’s Fall 2014 Session begins with a kick off on August 14 and will include seven (7) class sessions, concluding on November 21, 2014.

The Wisdom Project is a senior leadership program and part of the VISION 2030 Initiative developed and presented by the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce and Brenau University’s Center for Lifetime Study. The Wisdom Project is designed for age 55+ members of the community and seeks to encourage retired and semi-retired individuals to use their wisdom and talents in creative ways through action and advocacy.
