Profitable Exporting: Manage Risk, Make Money Seminar on July 14

The Georgia Department of Economic Development, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce and University of Georgia Business Outreach Services will present an educational seminar – Profitable Exporting: Manage Risk, Make Money – on Thursday, July 14, 2005 at the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, 230 E.E. Butler Parkway in downtown Gainesville. This seminar is open to all Georgia companies who currently export or wish to develop their export business, and to the financial institutions serving them. A limited number of individual meetings with the speakers will be held in the afternoon.



Seminar topic discussion includes:

€ Choosing the right product, market and representative

€ Negotiating a representation agreement

€ Logistics

€ Planning for long-term growth and profitability



Companies interested in having individual meetings must make appointments prior to the date of the seminar. Cost is $45 per person. Registration for the seminar begins at 8:30 a.m. on July 14.
