Home Health Care a Good Place to Be During Recession
Gainesville, GA (March 4, 2009) – While there is truly no such thing as 100 percent job security, especially during these difficult economic times, healthcare is a much more stable industry to be in right now than many others. Healthcare jobs are providing the best opportunities for income and employment. These jobs are also the jobs within the fastest growing occupations, the occupations with the largest job growth, as well as the top growing jobs through 2016, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Jobs in the health care sector “are expected to make up seven of the 20 fastest growing occupations” between now and 2016, according to the BLS. Home healthcare is the fastest growing industry in the health care sector.

Qualified personal caregivers are trained by their agency in accordance with state licensing rules and regulations, undergo criminal background checks, have provided satisfactory references prior to employment, and should be fully insured. This personal care and support can be provided on a daily, weekly, or as-needed basis.
