At its center is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gainesville.org\/lake-lanier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lake Sidney Lanier<\/a>, a 38,000 acre recreational lake attracts some 10 million visitors annually. It&#8217;s the most popular U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lake in the nation and boasts a $5 billion annual economic impact on the area.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the lake and our numerous festivals and events, like the Mule Camp Market and Art on\u00a0the Square in Downtown Gainesville, Hall County features many other top Georgia tourism destinations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lanierislands.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Lanier Islands<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0boasts the largest wave pool in Georgia and white sandy beaches where families frolic in the summer.
