\"\"<\/a>Youth Leadership Hall (YLH) is a leadership development program for high school juniors and seniors.\u00a0\u00a0 Founded in 2005, the program seeks to build individual leadership skills, foster positive group dynamics and increase civic and community involvement.\u00a0 Over 1,100 students have successfully completed the program through a series of sessions combining lectures and tours on such topics as the Judicial System, Economic Development, Social Services and Career Development.<\/p>\n

While each year follows a similar format, programs adjusted to meet the specific needs and interests of the class while also staying abreast of current events.\u00a0 Students network with business leaders throughout community and gain career knowledge from a large variety of resources.\u00a0 Benefits include:<\/p>\n
