The Greater Hall Chamber facilitates partnerships between government and developers and supports development with timely and accurate information.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghcc.com\/economic-development\/demographics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Area demographics<\/a> play a large role in selecting a retail development location. The three-story project includes 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, which includes Cotto Italian restaurant, Taqueria Tsunami restaurant, Kilwin\u2019s, Onward Reserve, Boarding Pass Coffee, eight condominiums, and a pocket park. The second floor is the new home to Brenau University\u2019s Lynn J.
