TOUCHSTONE HOMES TO ADD TOWN HOMES AT STERLING ON THE LAKETM
FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga., May 2, 2007 – Sterling on the LakeTM announced that Touchstone Homes will break ground this summer on 98 new town homes in the award-winning residential community in Flowery Branch.
In addition to the Touchstone town homes, Peachtree Residential Properties earlier announced construction of 16 town homes at Sterling on the Lake, starting in the low $300s.
The Touchstone town homes will range in size from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet and will be priced from the low $200s. Buyers will have four plans from which to choose once the homes become available in early 2008.
