STERLING ON THE LAKETM ADDS NEW TOWN HOMES
FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga., April 18, 2007 – Sterling on the Lake, Flowery Branch’s premier residential community, has begun construction on 16 town homes within the community. Built by Peachtree Residential Properties, the new town homes will be priced from the low $300s to the $400s and range in size from 2,300 to 3,700 square feet. These will be the only town homes built at Sterling on the Lake.
Sterling on the Lake was named the 2006 Master Planned Community of the Year by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. When completed, the 1,000-acre community will have 1,800 homes. It is being developed by Newland Communities®.

Since there are only 16 units available, the town homes are expected to sell out quickly. Many have lake views and a selection of the homes will have basements and an array of options including third-story retreats. The spacious Danbury design includes an elevator option as well.
