The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Political Forum for candidates of House District 25 on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the Spout Springs Library in Flowery Branch. The forum is free and open to the public. Sponsors are The Times and Jacobs Media. Meet & Greet the candidates from 5:30-6:00 p.m. The forum is 6:00-8:00 p.m.
The House District 25 seat was previously held by James Mills who was appointed by Governor Deal to the Board of Pardons and Paroles. A special election will be held on Tuesday, November 8. Early voting begins on Tuesday, October 18. Candidates include:
