Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Chairman Benny Bagwell and the Nominating Committee will present nominations for new three-year Directors for 2003-04 in February.
Serving with Bagwell on the Director Nominating Committee are Chairman-Elect Rob Fowler and Immediate Past Chairmen Dick Valentine, Brent Hoffman, Doug Carter, and Martha Simmons. The committee will select new directors as stated in the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce By-laws:
Any member in good standing may submit one or more nominations for the position of director.
The nominees will be named by the committee in February 2004 and elected in March 2004.
Five to seven director positions will be elected, each serving a three-year term beginning July 1, 2004.
Nominations must be submitted in writing.
Nominations must be received by January 30, 2004 at 5:00 p.m.
