As part of the VISION 2030 HealthSmart Community Challenge, the Greater Hall Chamber is conducting its annual survey to seek the “Most Fit Companies” in Gainesville-Hall County. Judging criteria for the contest includes wellness, nutrition and fitness opportunities provided for employees.
The award is presented in three categories: Large companies (251+ employees), Medium companies (51-250) and Small companies (50 or less). Awards will be presented at the Annual HealthSmart Kickoff Breakfast on October 8 at 7:30 a.m. at the Gainesville Civic Center. 2013 Winners included HTI Employment Solutions (Small); ProCare Rx (Medium); Hall County Government (Large).

8th Annual HealthSmart Interactive Wellness Expo – October 8, 2014 – 7:30 am-1:30 pm – Gainesville Civic Center
This annual interactive wellness event is open to the public and provides individuals and businesses the opportunity to obtain free health screenings, including: glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, BMI, Carotid Artery, Eyes, Asthma and Hearing screenings. 8th Annual Chamber Chase 5K & 2 Mile Wellness Walk – March 26, 2015 – 6:00 pm – Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville
This annual 5K run/walk event is held in the spring with corporate and community teams. The event includes free health membership incentives, company tent displays and giveaways, and Hall County’s Largest Office Party following the race with food, fun and awards for teams with most spirit, the fastest CEO, fastest community team and much more!
