Greater Hall Chamber Kicks Off Centennial Celebration
Primerica CEO to Speak at Breakfast on January 30
Gainesville, GA – January 2008: The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce will celebrate 100 years of business with a Centennial Celebration Kickoff Breakfast on Wednesday, January 30 from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the Gainesville Civic Center. Sponsored by AT&T, the event initiates a series of activities commemorating the Greater Hall Chamber’s 100 Year Anniversary (1908 – 2008).
Reservations are now being accepted for the breakfast. The event is open to the public and begins at 7:30 a.m. Tickets are $14 for Greater Hall Chamber members, $ 20 for non-members and guests and include a full breakfast buffet. Make your reservation today!
Guest speaker at the Centennial Kickoff is John A. Addison, Jr., Co-Chief Executive Officer of Primerica Financial Services. Primerica is North America’s largest financial services marketing organization with more than 100,000 representatives. Mr. Addison, a resident of Hall County and graduate of the University of Georgia and Georgia State University, oversees the development and execution of all aspects of Primerica’s marketing and sales strategies and leads the company’s sales force.
Mr. Addison will focus his remarks on leadership and business vision. Past Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Chairmen and Presidents will be recognized during the event.
Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, Primerica Financial Services, a subsidiary of Citigroup, Inc., provides some six million clients with quality financial products and services, principally term life insurance, investments and debt consolidation loans.
Addison joined Primerica in 1982 as a business systems analyst. He has since been promoted numerous times to positions of increasing responsibility, amassing experience in a variety of areas, ranging from operations and business processing to sales promotion, marketing and motivation and became Co-Chief Executive Officer in 1999.
A native of Covington, Georgia, Addison earned a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia and, while working at Primerica, earned an MBA degree from Georgia State University. John and his wife, Loveanne reside in Clermont, Georgia.
