Greater Hall Chamber Hosts Industry Appreciation Event
Gainesville, GA – January 6, 2010: The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce will host an Industry Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at the Chattahoochee Country Club.

Sponsored by Lanier Technical College, the Industry Appreciation Program will include the presentation of awards to the small, medium and large “Industry of the Year” in the Greater Hall area.

Commissioner Ken Stewart of the Georgia Department of Economic Development will be the keynote speaker. Commissioner Stewart was appointed to his post by Governor Sonny Perdue in January 2007. As chief marketing officer for the state of Georgia, Stewart leads Georgia’s efforts to recruit new businesses and expand existing ones; grow the state’s tourism, international trade and entertainment industries; and support the growth of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
