Georgia Economic Development Commissioner to Speak at Chamber Annual Meeting

Craig Lesser, Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, will be guest speaker at the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s 98th Annual Meeting & Gala on Thursday, May 18 at Brenau University in Pearce Auditorium.



As Commissioner, Lesser leads Georgia’s efforts to recruit new businesses and expand existing ones; grow the tourism, international trade and entertainment industries; and support the growth of small businesses and entrepreneurs. As Chief Marketing Officer for the State of Georgia, he is responsible for making business leaders and tourists around the world aware of Georgia’s business and tourism assets. Lesser will speak on several key issues facing businesses in Georgia.
