Chamber to hold International Export Program on June 5
Gainesville, GA/05/14/02: The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Development office of Georgia Industry, Trade & Tourim and the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center are sponsoring an international export program conducted by The U.S. Export Assistance Center (USEAC) for businesses in Northeast Georgia. This program is FREE and open to the public on Wednesday, June 5 from 8:00 – 10:00 am at the Georgia Department of Industry, Trade, Tourism office, 604 Washington Street, Suite B-4 in Gainesville.
If you are new to exporting, the program will introduce you to resources that can help identify prospects and conduct business in international markets. If you are an experienced exporter, you will learn about recently developed tools to help gather market intelligence and attract more interest from overseas businesses.
The USEAC serves as a one-stop-shop for export assistance. It is unique in that it integrates an extensive state export assistance network with federal resources. Members of the USEAC will be available to answer specific questions concerning international opportunities.
