Chamber of Commerce Presents Annual Business Beautification Awards

Gainesville, GA-1/4/06: As part of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Community Development Division, Business Beautification Awards are presented annually in the fall to companies that promote attractive and well-maintained commercial areas and have made distinct beautification efforts to their property.

Winner of the 2006 Business Beautification Awards in the category of New Building is Saint John’s Baptist Church on E.E. Butler Parkway in Downtown Gainesville. Winner in the category of Renovated Building is Blue Laser Group on Park Hill Drive in Gainesville.

Business Beautification Award Awards are given based on beautification of the business area, gardening, landscape, building and some 10 nominations were received by the committee this fall. The Chamber’s Beautification Committee is coordinated by Greater Hall Chamber Welcome Center Manager Robin Halstead.
