The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s Beautification Committee recently announced the 2004 Residential Beautification Awards. Under the direction of Committee Chairman Kristin Daniel, Executive Director of Friends of the Parks and Greenways, the awards were presented to citizens for outstanding efforts in lawn landscaping and development.
