Buy Local Business Expo Testimonials

“As the local newspaper we are always firm believers in the importance of supporting our local businesses. Last year’s Chamber event was a huge success and testimony to the strength of our local business community. Attendance was great and the message was clear – supporting local businesses helps us all.” – Dennis Stockton, The Times

“The Buy Local Business Expo was an outstanding opportunity to make contact with local companies who never have known about my company and gave me the opportunity to help them with items to help promote their business. Can’t wait for the 2011 Expo!” – Harold Nichols, Miss Faith Enterprises

“It was a privilege to spend time with local business people – spending time and doing business with our neighbors is what we enjoy at Hamilton State Bank. We hope to continue to do business with local vendors and get to know more of our community.”
– Dawn Mumpower, Hamilton State Bank.

“The Business Expo provided us with a unique opportunity to stress the importance of vaccinations, emergency plans, and emergency kits for individuals and businesses. Local business plays a key role in building a resilient community that can respond to many disasters.” – Mark Palen, Emergency Preparedness Director, District 2 Public Health
