A resource prepared by the Greater Hall Chamber’s Economic Development Division, the 2017 Wage & Benefit Report is now available. This valuable publication is used by companies as a tool to ensure employers remain competitive in local compensation and benefits practices.
A survey was submitted to 123 organizations, and a record 82 employers responded, generating a 67% response rate. The report includes over 60 pages of wages in the areas of Office, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Lab, Material, Fleet, Engineer, Maintenance and Production, along with sections on pay practices and benefits information.
