HALLmark Vision Initiative
The HALLmark Vision Initiative is a four-year community investment plan that
addresses economic development, education, government partnerships
and community development. The HALLmark Vision Initiative has completed its
second year with some 120 private contributors making long
term investments in our community for the future economic success
of Gainesville-Hall County.
Successes for HALLmark Vision have included: growing
our job base, further diversifying our economy, strengthening our
education resources and relationships, developing public and private
partnerships to attract new technology and biotech businesses... completing
a beautiful new Chamber headquarters in downtown Gainesville. Vision 2030 is a community effort to address the needso four future. www.vision2030.org
The emphasis of HALLmark will focus on Leadership and developing
the forward-thinking HALLmark Vision.. Only through b leadership
will we accomplish our goals of economic success.
We have embarked on the…HALLmark Vision…A Clear Path
to Our Future.
As time passes and things change in our community…….we have
to change, too. We must develop new leaders who are committed to our
community for the long term. We have to reassess our programs and
direction; we must build new relationships with new businesses and
new individuals.
Our community must decide what we want to be in 10 years…in 20
years. We can only achieve this by working together with representatives
from all of our community. We must be willing to listen, to compromise
sometimes, and, to trust each other. All of these are good leadership
characteristics and will lead us to...The HALLmark Vision…A Clear
